The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has released the KCET 2025 registration guidelines and important instructions for document verification. Candidates seeking admission through KCET 2025 must carefully review these guidelines before completing the application process.

KCET 2025 Registration & Important Dates

The KCET 2025 application form is available online at kea.kar.nic.in. Candidates must complete their registration by February 18, 2025. However, those who successfully register can pay the KCET application fee by February 20, 2025.

KCET Registration 2025 Last Date: Exam Dates

The KCET 2025 exam is scheduled for April 16 and 17, 2025, and will be conducted in offline (pen-and-paper) mode. Additionally, KEA will conduct the Kannada language test on April 18, 2025.

KCET 2025 Document Verification Guidelines

• Clause Code ‘A’ Candidates:– Applicants who have studied in Karnataka for 7 years (verified through SATS) will receive a “Successfully Verified” Claim Certificate. Such candidates do not need to visit any college for verification.
• Those who have studied 10 years in Karnataka and claimed reservations (Kannada Medium, Rural, Religious, or Linguistic) must visit their PUC/12th College or a Government PU College with original documents and Xerox copies.
• Candidates with Other Clause Codes (‘B’ to ‘N’):– KEA will publish a schedule for document verification on its website.
• Special Category Candidates (‘E’ to ‘O’):– Academic documents will be verified at the PUC/12th College. However, documents for Defence, Ex-Defence, CAPF, and Ex-CAPF categories must be submitted separately to KEA.
• Caste & Income Certificate Verification:– RD numbers will be verified online. Candidates must ensure that their certificates are valid before submission.

After registration, KEA will open the KCET 2025 application correction window, and admit cards will be issued on April 7, 2025. Stay updated with KEA’s official website for further notifications.
